Lovely small necklace. I ordered 4 hearts. After reading other reviews about the names ending up in reverse of the desired order, I decided to enter the name I wanted on the SMALLEST heart FIRST (going against my first intuition). Seller’s instructions give no option or even a hint whether to start with the largest heart or the smallest. After I placed my order, I also messaged the seller, stated my order number and listed each name and heart size I wanted it on. The seller replied, but the reply didn’t instill confidence that it would be done as I wished. The necklace arrived within the estimated delivery time. It was done correctly, in the desired order! The recipient loved it! I regret that I chose a script-type font instead of a sans serif font for the personalization. It is VERY hard to read - I think a sans serif font would look better. Also, the hearts easily get moved around and out of order. The necklace needs a better bail to hold the pendants in place. Overall, I would order this again and try to replace the bail myself next time.The necklace is cute but I give it a 4 because I put it in a specific order and I received it in the wrong order and the packaging could have been a little better but other than that it’s beautifulLet’s start off with the necklace is very beautiful but the only thing wrong with it is the names are in the wrong order.Super cute.
